Breast Screening & Diagnosis
Regular breast screenings are the most important step in safeguarding
your health and peace of mind.

Breast Screening & Diagnosis

Because symptoms are often too subtle to see with the naked eye,
regular screenings are absolutely essential. Early detection of breast cancer can boost treatment success rates to nearly 90%.

From Privee Breast Clinic!
How to Perform a Monthly Breast Self‑Exam

  • We recommend picking a set date each month—such as the last Sunday—to turn this check into a habit.

  • If it’s your first time, try practicing daily for a short period so you can learn the unique
feel of your own breasts and spot any changes more easily.

  • If your breasts feel firmer just before your period or around ovulation and you’re unsure whether it’s normal,
a breast ultrasound can help clarify the cause.

Breast Self-Examination

STEP 01

Stand comfortably with your arms relaxed at
your sides and simply observe both breasts.

Raise your hands behind your head, interlace your fingers, gently press your elbows outward, and push your chest forward to get a clear view.

Place your hands on your hips, press your shoulders and elbows slightly forward, tighten your chest muscles, and lean forward to examine any subtle changes. Take your time with each position so you can notice even the smallest differences.

STEP 02

Raise the arm on the side you’re examining above your head. Using the flat pads of your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fingertips on the opposite hand, begin your check.

Starting from the outer upper area of the breast, move in a circular pattern toward the center—don’t forget to cover above and below the collarbone, and all the way into the underarm. Feel for any lumps or thickened areas as you go.

Make small circles around the nipple to examine that area, then gently squeeze above, below, and on both sides of the nipple to check for any unusual discharge.

STEP 03

With your opposite hand, use the same gentle, circular motions from Step 2—starting at the outer upper breast and working inward, covering above and below the collarbone and into the underarm—to feel for any lumps or unusual thickening.

Privée Special

Minimal scarring

A woman’s breasts are incredibly precious. It’s only natural to want to leave as little scarring as possible.
At Privee, we truly understand that desire — and while others may rely on a single type of scalpel, we use four.

Depending on the location, size, and shape of the lesion,
we carefully select different tools and techniques to minimize scarring and ensure the most refined results.

Minimal Discomfort

Surgery often brings fear of pain, especially for those with previous experiences like mammotome procedures.

At Privee, we use a combination of advanced anesthetics and ultra-thin needles to minimize pain — even during anesthesia.
We ensure complete numbness before starting, through careful communication with our patients.

Precise Procedure

Two board-certified surgeons with extensive clinical experience perform all procedures directly.
Using the latest ultrasound equipment—comparable to that used in university hospitals—we ensure highly accurate diagnostics.
Potentially cancerous breast lumps are safely removed using the Mammotome (ENCO) system.

Even patients with breast implants can receive treatment without damage to the implants,
thanks to the expertise of our experienced surgeons.
